* How long can I use my press on nails?
The duration for which you can use press-on nails varies depending on several factors, including the quality of the nails, the adhesive used, and how well you care for them. It also depends on other father like how frequently your nails are exposed to water and other activities that may put stress on your nails.

* What are the different shapes and lengths offered?

* Can I order replacement nails?
Indeed, we provide replacement nails for a nominal fee. You can conveniently order these either through our website or by sending us an email with your order number, preferred size, and style. Payment must be made electronically before the replacement nails are dispatched.
* What steps should I take if my nails continue to come off?
Incomplete adherence to the preparation instructions is a significant factor leading to persistent nail loss. Please ensure thorough compliance with the provided instructions. Other factors contributing to nail loss may include the amount of liquid the nails are exposed to and the level of roughness they endure.
* What comes with each nail set?
Every nail set includes either a 10-piece or 20-piece set of nails, along with a cuticle pusher, a nail file, a buffer, alcohol wipes, a tube of glue, nail stickies, and detailed instructions for application and removal.
* Will nails be the same of pictured?
The nail set may undergo slight alterations from the depicted pictures. These changes could involve variations in color due to lighting or slightly different decals based on availability.
* Can I make changes to existing sets?
Yes, modifications to sets listed on our site are accepted. However, please note that these alterations must be specified at the time of the order. Otherwise, the nails will be prepared as pictured.
* How to remove press on nails?
We recommend two options for nail removal. The first method involves soaking your nails in warm water with mild soap and oil, which may help preserve the longevity of the press-on nails. The second method is the acetone method, which requires soaking the nails in acetone. However, please note that this method may compromise the structure of the press-on nail, especially if you intend to reuse them. It's important to follow the written instructions included with each kit for further details.

* Do we offer custom sets?
Indeed, we provide custom sets that can be ordered directly through our website, via email, or by sending a direct message (DM) to our Instagram account @pressedbyshugg. Please be aware that custom sets must be fully paid for before they are completed, and no refunds will be issued.
* What is our return/ refund policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not offer return services or refunds.
* What is our order process?
For ordering nails from Pressed by Shugg, it is recommended that you place your order directly through our website. Upon receiving your order, our nail processing time may take 7-10 days, depending on order traffic. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please note that after shipment, we have no control over shipping times, but most orders are typically delivered within 3-5 days.
