Changes to Orders

Once orders are started, changes can not be made to your orders.

Wrong Size

Pressed by Shugg will not be responsible for measurements that are not correct. Please be sure to use our measurement chart or order a sizing kit for the most accurate fit. If you would like you can order replacement nails on our site..

Is There Local Pick Up?

Yes. There is local pick / delivery for people who are in the area but all payments are due before orders can be complete.

What is the Turnaround Time for My Order?

Firstly, turnaround time is that amount of time it takes to complete your order BEFORE  it is shipped to you. At this time, it takes about 3 days to a week to complete orders before they can be shipped. Be mindful that this time is tentative  during peak seasons it can take about 1-2 weeks.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

After your order has been shipped it can take 4-7 business days to receive your order. PLEASE BE MINDFUL that it may take longer due to the delays experienced by USPS due to the current pandemic.
